The Trustees of Kingdom Education Limited have set out the following Mission, Vision & Values

for the work of The King's School and Highfield Preschool.

Our Vision Reflects Our Mission

Our Values Reflect Our Vision

OUR MISSION

Through the experiences we offer to all our pupils:

  • We aim to serve our community by providing high quality education.

  • We encourage understanding of what true faith in Jesus Christ means.

  • We desire our pupils to grow spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially and physically.

  • We believe these goals are best achieved within the context of Christian belief and practice.

OUR VISION

We provide Christian education in a spiritually vital and caring community. Our mission is achieved on the foundation of three principles:

  • Academic Excellence by providing a quality curriculum taught by committed and professional Christian teachers.

  • Christian Commitment by having a positive and nurturing environment in which we pray pupils will come to a saving faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, committing themselves to serve Him all their lives.

  • Caring Community by facilitating and nurturing relationships important for today and throughout life.

OUR CORE VALUES

At the heart of our mission statement lies our firm belief that the Bible should be central to all we think and do. God welcomes all into a saving relationship with His Son Jesus Christ and desires that we value and respect our fellow human beings. Our Core Values underpin all our relationships both within the school community and as we look outwards to others.

As a body of believers in Jesus Christ

  • We rejoice that God is supreme over all creation and embrace a Christ-centred worldview.

  • We aim to provide an excellent education, developing our curriculum and teaching so pupils can achieve their full potential.

  • We seek to support parents in the Christian upbringing of their children, preparing them for life outside school and the home.

  • We aim to make our school a place where children can be children, who love their school, enjoy their teachers, laugh and play, discover, design and create, and build life-long friendships.

  • We nurture and encourage our pupils through Biblical teaching and Christian modelling to become joyful learners, creative thinkers and humble servants of God.

  • We seek to function in an atmosphere of mutual love, integrity, respect and forgiveness through the power of the Holy Spirit.

  • We express our love for Jesus Christ in all aspects of education, in all personal relationships, and in how we manage the affairs of the school.
