Clerical Assistant/ Data Input

The Principal is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for this part time position for 14 hours (two full days) per week to commence 1st April 2019.  Candidates should be proactive, organised and possess the ability to:

  • Provide cover for the school’s Designated First-Aider who is responsible for the coordination of first aid;
  • Record attendance and absences, and manage pupil/staff data; and,
  • Work within the Admin Team to provide clerical and administrative support to the principal, bursar and heads of departments.

As with all staff, the Candidate will maintain confidentiality at all times in respect of school-related matters to prevent disclosure of confidential/ sensitive information.
