Principal Clive Case was born in the Cape Province in South Africa and ultimately graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 1979 with a B.A. in Geography and a sub-major in Clinical Psychology. He earned a post graduate secondary teaching qualification (H.D.E.) from the same university the following year and then spent two years in national service ending his service time as a commissioned officer in the infantry.

He began his teaching career in 1982 and has taught ever since. He has been a head teacher for almost 18 years - almost 11 at his current post at The Kings School in Harpenden, since moving to the UK in April 1999.

Clive is an accomplished and engaging speaker and in addition to speaking at church shares his thoughts and experiences with different audiences about ‘Parenting’, Teaching’ and other subjects.

Clive gives an insight into his personal and family life.

"I accepted Christ into my life at the age of nine and have been involved in Christian ministry in various capacities since my university years.

I married Sandra in 1981 and we have two children, Jessica and Matthew, who are both currently at university. Sandra is the Manager at The Highfield Preschool.”
